Booking conditions
Advance payment
To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total stay price is required.
The paid amount is deducted from the final price due on arrival day.
After the payment is recorded, we will send you the official booking confirmation.
Deposit refund
Cancellation 60 or more days before arrival → 100% refund
Cancellation 60–30 days before arrival → 50% refund
Cancellation within 30 days before arrival → no refund
If the host cancels the stay, the deposit is refunded in full.

House cleaning – €70

WRC & Croatia Rally surcharge – €100
Discounts
€25 discount per night for returning guests, last minute and first minute offers
€25 discount per night for stays of 4 or more nights

Price is valid for up to 5 guests
Tourist tax included
SPA area usage included
Minimum stay: 2 nights
The provider is not subject to VAT under Article 90, paragraph 2 of the VAT Act
